The Year One children were so excited to be invited to a puppet show, performed by their teachers. 

Sadly Mrs Honey and Miss Hardy-Trodd's puppet were not very good and did not last to tell the tale!

But not to worry, the Year One children said they would make the Billy Goat and Troll puppets and put on a show to share the story with their parents. 

The children designed a puppet and made a list of materials they would need. They practiced joining materials using tape, glue, split pins and staples before making a mock puppet.

Finally after all the hard word, their puppets were ready to share.
