Meet the team!
A fantastic first week!
It was lovely to see all the children again after the summer holidays! Butterfly class are already off to a fantastic start and have impressed many adults around the school with their behaviour - they are certainly showing that they are ready to be role models to the younger children.
The class really enjoyed creating their own pointillism butterflies and self portraits which are going to look beautiful once they are up around the classroom and year 2 area. Photos of their creations coming soon.

Reminders for parents
Gates open at 8.40am and children need to be in class by 8.50am.
PE days for this half term are Tuesday and Friday. Please be aware that this will change in the future.
Please ensure your child comes to school with:
- Their PE kit with all items named
- A named water bottle
- A hat and sun cream whilst it is still hot
- A coat or jacket regardless of the weather
- Wellies (these will be kept at school in a shed outside of the classroom for OPAL play)
Last year, many children misplaced items of their uniform. To help us get this back to you, please label all items clearly with your child's name.
