The children enjoyed designing their own pizzas!
The children followed a design criteria which enabled them to ensure they included everything Mrs Lindsay asked for in a new pizza for Explorers.
The Design Criteria was:
Purpose: To make a delicious pizza children will enjoy eating at Explorers.
Function: The pizza must be edible, colourful and healthy with popular toppings.
Appeal: It must have colourful toppings so it looks appetising. It could have a pattern or a shape so it looks interesting. Needs to have a good aroma.
The children then designed their pizzas, made them and evaluated their creations. It was lots of fun!
